- Utilize the Services solely for legitimate purposes endorsed by Beauty Deal.
- Refrain from engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, including the collection of User information for unsolicited communications.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Beauty Deal App and Services are protected under copyright and New Zealand law. Unless stated otherwise, all rights related to the Beauty Deal App and Services belong exclusively to Beauty Deal, excluding content posted by Vendors.
All trademarks and brands are owned, registered, or licensed by Beauty Deal. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license during the term of these Terms to use the Beauty Deal App and Services as outlined herein.
Beauty Deal does not possess ownership of Vendor trademarks and brands.
These Terms do not grant permission to utilize or exploit trademarks, business names, domain names, or any copyrighted material or intellectual property for purposes beyond those stated in these Terms. Without our prior written consent, you must not publish, republish, post, distribute, adapt, modify, decompile, or upload the Services to third-party platforms, systems, or websites. Additionally, you may not collect information from the Services for unauthorized purposes.
Disclaimer
Beauty Deal is an information platform that provides Users with details about beauty offers and services from third-party Vendors. This includes deals, promotions, and other offerings that may be available in your area.
We allow Vendors to post information on our platform ("Vendor Posts").
We may also share information about Vendors that are not currently registered with the Beauty Deal App but have publicly shared details (such as deals and promotions) on other platforms. These posts are created under 'Beauty Deal Discovery' accounts ("Beauty Deal Discovery Posts") and will be identified with the 'Beauty Deal Discovery' logo.
You agree that you understand that:
- We are not a provider or vendor of any beauty services, products, or items.
- We are not responsible for the information provided by Vendors through our Services or in Vendor Posts.
- Beauty Deal is not affiliated with third-party Vendors mentioned in Beauty Deal Discovery Posts, and you should independently verify their information.
- We are not a party to any transactions between you and Vendors.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information in Vendor Posts or Beauty Deal Discovery Posts.
- Our Services and the Beauty Deal App are used at your own risk and are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of Vendor information and Beauty Deal Discovery Posts, there may be instances of inaccuracies, incompleteness, or outdated content. Neither Beauty Deal nor any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents assume responsibility or provide warranties or guarantees regarding the Services or any products or services referenced in the Beauty Deal App. This includes (but is not limited to):
- The accuracy, suitability, or currency of information in Vendor Posts or Beauty Deal Discovery Posts.
- The quality of services or products offered or provided by Vendors.
- Any issues, complaints, or disputes that may arise between you and Vendors.
- With the exception of guarantees or warranties that cannot be legally excluded, you agree that: (a) all guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions not explicitly outlined in these Terms are excluded; and (b) Beauty Deal is not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill resulting from or related to the Services, the Beauty Deal App, or these Terms (including any defects in the Services or inability to use the Services for any reason), whether under common law, contract, tort (including negligence), equity, or any statute. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Performance failure, errors, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, computer viruses, or other harmful components.Loss of data, communication line failures, third-party misconduct, theft, destruction, alteration, or unauthorized access to records. Liability
Beauty Deal's total liability associated with the Services or these Terms, regardless of the cause, whether under contract, tort (including negligence), equity, statute, or otherwise, will not exceed $100.

You may terminate these Terms by deleting your account at any time.
Beauty Deal may terminate these Terms with you if: (a) you violate any provision of these Terms or intend to do so; (b) legal requirements mandate such termination; (c) providing Services to you is, in Beauty Deal's view, no longer commercially viable; or (d) for any other reason with ten days' prior notice.
Governing law and venue
The Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
